  I didn't catch the gentleman's name, I only spoke with him for a moment. I can honestly say, what a caring facility they operate!! My goodness! I work for a cargo place in a small town and we are all connected in one way or another. When a loved one is lost, we all feel that pain.There was a bit of confusion and the gentleman on the phone was amazingly helpful and knew exactly what I was inquiring into.
  
  During these tough times, the last thing one needs to deal with is a difficult, unhelpful person on the other end of the phone. Thank you for caring.

  No one is ever really prepared for their loved ones that have passed on. But Cook Inlet Funeral Home was very gracious and helpful. I would recommend them!
